Conditions
Payment & Deposit
For all orders, a 50% non-refundable deposit will be required at time of booking to confirm the order. The remaining balance will need to be paid 2 days before collection.
Last minute orders (3 weeks before collection) require full payment at time of booking.
Once all details of your order has been finalised, I will send you details for the deposit. You then have 48hours to pay the deposit. If 48 hours have passed and you haven’t paid your deposit, the slot in my diary will be opened up and you will need to enquire again should you want the slot. Orders will not be in my diary until I have received a deposit.
Refunds & Cancellations
Alterations
Booking deposit is non-refundable should you cancel your order. In the very unlikely event that I have to cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.
Alterations can be made to your order but these must be done no later than 2 weeks before collection.
Note: Alterations could alter the original price.
Damage
Once leaving the premises, I do not take any responsibility for any damage caused during transport or storage. Following my bake care guidelines can reduce the likelihood of any issues. Any issues with your order, please discuss upon collection as leaving the premises means you are satisfied with the order.
Allergies & Intolerances
Allergies and intolerances should be discussed at the time of booking. Although I do everything to ensure no cross contamination, I am baking in my home kitchen so I cannot guarantee there will be no contamination as I use all of the 14 allergens in my kitchen. Therefore, I cannot cater to any allergies.
Disclaimer: I always label allergens on my products to follow legal requirements. However, once the bake has left the premises, it is up to the customer purchasing the product to check if anyone consuming the product has any allergies.
Product information
If you send reference photos from other bakers I can try my best to replicate it the best I can, however, it will not be possible to copy the exact design as I may have a different baking style.
Any alcohol bottles for cupcakes/cakes must be supplied by the customer
